BATH — Officers with the Village of Bath Police Department received a complaint Aug. 4 at about 10:30 a.m. of a domestic dispute that occurred in May in the Village of Bath.
While investigating the domestic dispute, a video was obtained of the incident, where it appeared that a rifle was displayed and pointed towards the victim.
An arrest warrant was issued through the Village of Bath Court.
As a result, Amanda L. Ayers, 38, of Bath, was arrested Sept. 25.
Ayers was charged with menacing in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor, and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, a Class D felony.
Ayers was processed and transported to the Steuben County Jail for arraignment, where she was then released.
