PENN YAN — Police arrested Rodney N. Christensen, 39, of Dundee on a Superior Court warrant for criminal sale of a controlled substance in the fifth degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree.
Christensen was arrested following an investigation into the sale of methamphetamine in Penn Yan.
He was arraigned in Yates County Court and released on his own recognizance.
