SHEPARD SETTLEMENT — A vehicle crashed into the Skaneateles Transfer Station building on Old Seneca Turnpike at 8:05 a.m. Monday.
The Marcellus Fire Department responded with Rescue 1, Car 2 and Car 3 to the vehicle versus building collision.
Assistant Chief Mayers arrived to find a vehicle that had rolled into the side of the building, causing damage to a block wall.
SAVES Ambulance evaluated the driver at the scene.
The damage did not affect the structural integrity of the building.
