ROSENDALE — The Rosendale Police Department arrested a 31-year-old Tillson man on multiple charges following a traffic stop Aug. 15.
John Keher was stopped for speeding on State Route 32 in the Town of Rosendale.
Based on an investigation conducted at the scene, he was charged with speed in zone, a violation; driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor; aggravated DWI with blood alcohol content greater than 0.18%, a misdemeanor; and no motor vehicle inspection, a violation.
Keher is scheduled to appear in the Town of Rosendale Court at a later date.
