RICHFORD — A 60-year-old Richford man was arrested early Sunday on an active warrant.
Steven Russell was located by Vermont State Police troopers from the St. Albans Barracks on Main Street at approximately 12:54 a.m. Aug. 18.
Russell was known to have an active cite and release warrant.
Per court order, Russell was issued a flash citation to appear in Franklin County Criminal Court at 1 p.m. Aug. 18.
The active warrant contained a charge of felony burglary.
