JAMESTOWN — Officers responded to a domestic incident on the city’s north side at approximately 4:22 p.m. Aug. 12.
Police learned that Rochelle Leak-Brown violated an order of protection by striking the victim who was on location.
Leak-Brown was taken into custody and transported to the Jamestown City Jail.
She is being held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court on a charge of Criminal Contempt 1st Degree.
