BATH — Bath Police officers were dispatched to 220 Liberty Street, a multi-dwelling apartment complex, for a structure fire with occupants still inside around 4:20 a.m. Aug. 11.
Bath Police Officers and Steuben County Sheriff’s Deputies were first on scene and were able to successfully evacuate the building.
The Bath Fire Department responded and were able to extinguish the fire, assisted by multiple mutual aid departments.
No injuries were reported.
The investigation into the cause of the fire remains ongoing.
