WOODSTOCK — A Hartford woman was arrested Wednesday morning at the Windsor County Courthouse on a drug possession charge.
Angelique Benner, 43, was found with a controlled substance suspected to be crack cocaine while attending a hearing.
The arrest occurred at 10:40 a.m. after deputies discovered the substance during a routine check.
Benner is scheduled to appear in Windsor court on Sept. 16 at 8 a.m.
