PENN YAN — A 25-year-old Penn Yan man was arrested on felony drug charges Tuesday morning.
Brandon L. Miller was taken into custody at 6:08 a.m. at 2257 Eastman Ave., according to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
Miller faces charges of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, both B-felonies.
He was transported to the Yates County Jail to await arraignment at CAP Court.
Multiple sheriff’s office personnel responded to the scene, including Lt. Cunningham, investigators Breuer, Rayburn and Emerson, Sgt. Rider, and deputies McGuigan, Newell and Fultz.
