Jianping Wu, 68, of Malden, was charged with deriving support from prostitution, inducing prostitution on premises, keeping a house of prostitution and engaging in sexual conduct for a fee.
Police served a search warrant at Asian Spa, 107 Main St., 2nd Floor on Aug. 5.
The search warrant was obtained following a weekslong investigation into possible prostitution activity.
Items seized during the search include cell phones, cash, checks, account information, ledgers and other items consistent with organized prostitution.
Both women were taken into custody when the warrant was served.
Both will be arraigned Wednesday in Concord District Court.
The investigation was conducted by Maynard Police with assistance from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Human Trafficking Unit and Massachusetts State Police.
Police Chief Christopher Troiano said the department heard concerns from community members about activity at the business and investigated those concerns.
