LATHAM — State Police arrested Andre G. Cobb, 55, of Glenville on charges of menacing in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree on July 30.
Troopers responded to a report of a road rage incident involving a displayed handgun at about 5:09 p.m. on July 20.
The investigation determined that during a road rage incident on I-787 in Watervliet, Cobb allegedly displayed and pointed a handgun at another individual involved.
Cobb was arrested at his home and transported to State Police Latham where he was processed.
The legally possessed firearm was seized during the investigation.
Cobb was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Watervliet City Court on Aug. 12 and released.
