LACKAWANNA — The Lackawanna Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying an individual.
Police released a photo of the person they are trying to identify.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Detective Division at 716-822-4900.
The department is using its non-emergency line for tips related to the case.
