BOLTON — A Vermont State Police trooper arrested a 53-year-old Berlin man on an active warrant during a traffic stop on Interstate 89 southbound Tuesday afternoon.
Dwayne Herring was taken into custody without incident at 2:19 p.m. near mile marker 70.9 after the trooper observed a motor vehicle violation.
The warrant was issued for failure to appear on charges of operating a vehicle with a suspended license and driving under the influence of drugs.
Herring was transported to the Northwest State Correctional Facility.
