PENN YAN — Yates County deputies arrested a 21-year-old Penn Yan man Saturday on a drug possession charge stemming from a May incident.
Bryant C. Miller was arrested at 11 a.m. on State Route 14A and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
The arrest was connected to an incident that occurred May 17 in the Town of Jerusalem.
Miller was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Town of Jerusalem Court at a later date.
