Man arrested for violating release conditions at Barton gas station

BARTON — Vermont State Police arrested a 37-year-old North Troy man Saturday evening for violating court-ordered conditions of release at a local gas station.

Troopers responded to the Circle K Gas Station at 6:52 p.m. to investigate a reported violation of active court-ordered conditions of release.

Officers spoke with Darin Farley at the scene.

After further investigation, police determined Farley was in violation of his active court-ordered conditions of release.

Farley was arrested and transported to the Derby Barracks for processing.

He was later lodged at Northern State Correctional Facility on the violation charge.
