BATH — Officers with the Village of Bath Police Department were dispatched to a residence on West Morris Street for a report of a domestic dispute on July 12 at approximately 1:30 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers were met by an elderly female who had sustained injuries stemming from the domestic dispute.
After further investigation, it was determined that the male suspect was still located inside the incident location.
Officers made contact with the male and placed him under arrest without incident.
Michael A. Parkinson, age 40, of Bath, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Family Offense, a Class E Felony, and Assault in the Second Degree, a Class D felony.
Parkinson was processed and transported to the Steuben County Jail for CAP arraignment where he remains held without bail.
