BATH — Bath Police Officers were dispatched to an address in Colonial Lawns around 7:48 p.m. July 15 for a report of an Order of Protection violation.
Upon arrival, officers observed the suspect, Adam Wiley, 39, of Bath sneaking out the back door to evade police.
Officers advised him to stop and he fled on foot, leading Bath officers on a short foot pursuit.
He was quickly apprehended.
Wiley was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2 and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2, both Class A misdemeanors.
He was processed and then transported to the Steuben County Jail where he was held on bail.
