FRANKLIN — Vermont State Police are investigating a theft that occurred at a residence near Hammond Shore Road and Harrison Drive between Sunday at 9 p.m. and Monday at 6:15 a.m.
Police received the report at 7:40 a.m. Monday.
The incident remains under investigation.
