CAMBRIDGE — A Vermont State Police trooper arrested a 48-year-old Essex man on multiple charges following a traffic stop July 14.
Todd Graffeo was stopped at approximately 8:41 p.m. on Vermont Route 15 at Timshel Drive for an equipment violation.
Investigation revealed Graffeo was operating the vehicle with a criminally suspended license and was violating court-ordered conditions of release.
Graffeo’s license required him to have an ignition interlock device in the vehicle, but the vehicle had no such device.
Graffeo was arrested and transported to the Williston Barracks for processing.
He was released with a citation to appear at Lamoille County Superior Court on Aug. 27 at 12:30 p.m.
Graffeo faces charges of violation of conditions of release, operating with a criminally suspended license and ignition interlock device required.
