CLIFTON PARK — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Troy man on drunken driving charges following a traffic stop Friday morning.
Timothy S. Henry, 37, was stopped at 2:02 a.m. on U.S. Route 9 for driving an uninspected motor vehicle.
Deputies charged Henry with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater, both unclassified misdemeanors.
Henry also was cited for operating an uninspected motor vehicle, an infraction.
Authorities said Henry’s blood alcohol content was 0.17%, more than twice the legal limit.
Henry was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Clifton Park Town Court.
