Richford man cited for unlawful trespass

RICHFORD — Vermont State Police cited a 59-year-old Richford man for unlawful trespass Thursday afternoon on South Main Street.

Steven L. Russell was accused of trespassing on property after having received notice that he was not allowed to be there, police said.

The incident was reported to state police at 12:49 p.m.

The victim was identified as Raymond Lee, 64, of Richford.
