HALFMOON — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 57-year-old woman Tuesday on two counts of failing to provide sustenance after executing a search warrant at A Time Four Paws dog boarding and daycare facility.
Yvette M. Giovanni of Halfmoon was charged with class A misdemeanors for allegedly failing to provide sustenance for cats and dogs found on the premises.
Giovanni was released on an appearance ticket pending further proceedings in Halfmoon Town Court.
The search warrant was the culmination of a lengthy investigation into the conditions at the establishment.
The animals were examined by the Saratoga County Animal Shelter and stipulations were established to ensure their well-being.
