BRISTOL — Troopers arrested Keith Tavares, age 37, of Bristol, at 10:15 a.m. for bank fraud, check kiting and access to computer for fraudulent purposes.
The arrest was the result of a Wickford Barracks investigation and the subject being located and taken into custody by the Bristol Police Department.
Tavares was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and transported to Second Division District Court for arraignment.
Police have not released any more information at this time.
