ROSENDALE — The Rosendale Police Department arrested Jason Kolodzejski, 45, of Accord, on June 23.
Kolodzejski was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a misdemeanor.
The arrest took place after an investigation regarding the destruction of another person’s property.
He was released on an appearance ticket to return to the Town of Rosendale Court at a later date.
