HAZLETON, PA — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted on charges of rape and aggravated assault involving a child under 13.
Fabio D. Rodriguez Duran, 46, of Hazleton, is charged with rape of a child, indecent assault of a person less than 13 years old, indecent assault of a person less than 16 years old and corruption of minors.
Rodriguez Duran is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.
Tips may also be submitted anonymously through the department’s Crimewatch page.
All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
