CHAMBERSBURG, PA — Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash involving an e-bike in a parking lot.
An orange e-bike struck the side of a Honda Civic on June 19 in the parking lot of 1 Monticello Ct.
The person operating the e-bike was described as a black male wearing a white shirt.
