Man arrested on retail theft charge in Warrington

WARRINGTON, PA — Police arrested a man on a retail theft charge at Walmart on June 20, 2026.

Officers responded to the store at 299 Valley Gate Drive for a report of a retail theft.

Loss prevention staff told police that Francisco Javier Ramirez Aguirre, 24, of Philadelphia, brought a broken fishing reel into the store.

Ramirez Aguirre selected a new fishing rod and reel combo valued at $26.97 and exited the store without paying, according to police.

Loss prevention recovered the rod and reel combo.

A short time later, Ramirez Aguirre returned to the store.

Officers arrested Ramirez Aguirre and transported him to the police station where he was processed.

Ramirez Aguirre had a final deportation order from Immigration and Customs Enforcement and was turned over to that agency.
