EPHRATA, PA — A man was arrested on drug charges after being taken into custody on an outstanding warrant Sunday afternoon.
Carlos Rodriguez, 57, of Ephrata, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Ephrata Police Department.
The arrest occurred at 3:55 p.m. in the first block of West Main Street.
Police said Rodriguez was found in possession of methamphetamine.
Following his arrest, Rodriguez was transported to the office of Magisterial District Judge Torrey Landis for arraignment.
He was committed to Lancaster County Prison after being unable to post $25,000 bail.
