Man arrested on domestic violence charges in Auburn

AUBURN, NY — A man was arrested following a domestic dispute in a front yard that drew multiple neighbor complaints.

Officers responded to a residence on Janet Street on June 25 after neighbors reported two males arguing and fighting.

Police determined that David Dymock, 39, of Auburn, threatened his boyfriend with a pair of pliers and attempted to damage a vehicle window before his boyfriend forcibly removed the pliers from his grasp.

Dymock was arrested and transported to Auburn Police Department headquarters where he was processed.

He was then arraigned at the Cayuga County Jail.

Dymock was charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the 3rd degree, a class D felony, and menacing in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor.
