WARWICK, RI — A man was arrested on multiple driving under the influence charges Sunday night after troopers located a vehicle that was the subject of a be-on-the-lookout alert.
Armando Brasil, 45, of Warwick, was taken into custody at 8:59 p.m. on West Shore Road.
Brasil was charged with driving under the influence of liquor, first offense; driving under the influence of liquor or drugs with a child passenger under 13 years old, first offense; and refusal to submit to a chemical test, first offense.
He was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where he was processed.
Brasil was arraigned by a justice of the peace and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
