OSWEGO, NY — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 34-year-old man last seen leaving Oswego Hospital.
Rory D. Kemp was last observed at approximately 2 p.m. on June 22, 2026, leaving the area of the hospital, according to the Oswego Police Department.
Kemp is described as approximately 5 feet tall, 180 pounds, with dark brown hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a dark gray button-up shirt with black pants.
Kemp was last observed operating a black Mercedes Sprinter van bearing New York registration MDM3363.
