HOLLIS, NH — An elderly man who went missing from his home was located safely after an extensive search involving multiple agencies.
Members of the Hollis Police Department responded to a Witches Spring Road address on June 24 for a report of a missing elderly subject who was believed to have left his residence on foot hours earlier.
Based on information gathered by officers on scene, there was great concern for the subject’s safety due to known health issues.
Officers immediately took action to try to locate the individual.
After a police canine and a drone were unsuccessful in locating the individual, the Hollis Fire Department was summoned to assist in an extensive search of the area.
The subject was eventually located by the Nashua Police Department in their jurisdiction.
