ENOLA, PA — A 44-year-old man has been charged with theft by deception following an investigation into a fraudulent check.
East Pennsboro Police were called to the 300 block of East Penn Drive on May 21, 2026, at 1:22 p.m. for a report of a theft.
Officers spoke with the victim, who reported a fraudulent check for over $15,000.
An investigation was conducted and the suspect was identified as Arthur C. Doll of Myerstown.
Charges were filed and a preliminary hearing was scheduled at Magisterial District Judge Sanderson’s office.
