HADDONFIELD, NJ — The Haddonfield Police Department received multiple reports Monday of a person damaging and stealing LGBTQ flags along Kings Highway in the business district.
Detectives identified a suspect through witness reports and video evidence.
Joshua Serad, 37, of Maple Shade, was taken into custody Tuesday by the Haddonfield Police Department.
He was charged and released pending a court appearance.
