LUZERNE, PA — A woman faces multiple charges after crashing into a parked vehicle and fleeing on foot yesterday afternoon.
Luzerne Police responded to a motor vehicle crash on Kelly Street where a parked vehicle and the suspect’s vehicle were damaged.
No injuries were reported in the incident.
The driver fled the scene on foot and was spotted by Sgt. Mangagna of Luzerne Police.
After a brief foot chase, the woman was apprehended and found to be intoxicated, according to police.
The driver refused a blood test and was processed then released.
She was charged with DUI, evading law enforcement on foot and accidents involving damage to unattended property.
