OGDENSBURG, NY — Police arrested a man on rape charges following an investigation involving a female victim under the age of 17.
Cody M. George, 29, of Ogdensburg, was charged with two counts of third-degree rape, a Class E felony, for having sexual intercourse with a minor under the age of 17.
The Ogdensburg Police Department concluded its investigation on June 18, 2026.
George was arraigned in Ogdensburg City Court by the Honorable Marcia LeMay on June 18, 2026.
He was released on his own recognizance.
