WATERBURY, VT — A woman was arrested on multiple charges following a citizen dispute on Union Street on June 19, 2026.
Troopers with the Berlin Barracks received a report of a dispute in the area of 42 Union St at approximately 12:22 p.m.
Upon arrival, troopers identified Samantha Gray, 32, of Waterbury.
An investigation revealed Gray committed aggravated assault, criminal threatening and unlawful mischief, according to police.
The victim was identified as Eric Gross, 46, of Waterbury.
Gray was placed under arrest and transported to the Berlin Barracks.
She was ordered held without bail.
Gray is scheduled to appear in Washington County Criminal Division on June 22, 2026, at 12:30 p.m.
