BANGOR, ME — Two men are facing felony drug charges after a traffic stop on June 19, 2026.
Officers Rusby, Urso, Huggins, Canarr and Reynolds were assigned to a saturation patrol on the lower west side of Bangor in the afternoon where a number of drug trafficking complaints have stemmed.
Officer Rusby conducted a traffic stop and Officer Reynolds and K9 Raye assisted.
K9 Raye indicated to the presence of illegal drugs in the vehicle being driven by Ronald Webster, resulting in a search of the vehicle and occupants.
As a result of the search, 1,305.4 grams of fentanyl and 1,032.6 grams of cocaine base were located.
The five pounds of seized drugs have an estimated street value of nearly $75,000.
Ronald Webster, 42, of Bangor, and Lyle Morris, 52, of Bangor, were each arrested for two counts of aggravated trafficking of schedule W drugs, class A.
Both men are being held without bail at the Penobscot County Jail pending arraignment.
