ST. JOHNSBURY, VT — State police arrested a 67-year-old man on domestic assault charges Saturday evening.
Troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks responded to a domestic disturbance at 6:37 p.m. June 19.
Through investigation, police determined that Robbie Garand, 67, of St. Johnsbury, committed second degree aggravated domestic assault and violated court-ordered conditions of release.
Garand was taken into custody and transported to the St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing.
He was issued a citation to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court – Criminal Division and lodged at Northeast Correctional Complex.
