NEWBURY, VT — A 36-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and violating conditions of release Sunday evening.
Nathan Bragg, of Ryegate, was taken into custody at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Jefferson Hill Road.
Troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks were notified of erratic operation on Scotch Hollow Road and responded to the area.
Troopers located the vehicle in question and spoke with the operator, identified as Bragg.
Indicators of impairment were detected during the interaction.
Bragg was also found to be in violation of his court-ordered conditions of release by violating his curfew.
He was transported to the St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing.
Bragg was later issued a citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court – Criminal Division and released.
