SUTTON, VT — Two people were arrested on multiple warrants June 14, 2026.
At approximately 10:31 a.m., troopers from the St. Johnsbury and Derby barracks received information regarding the whereabouts of Wesley Kidder, 36, of Sutton, and Morgan Clark, 28, of Sutton, both of whom had multiple active warrants issued by Caledonia and Orleans counties.
At approximately 11:30 a.m., troopers located and took both individuals into custody without incident.
Kidder was charged on a Caledonia County warrant with unlawful mischief, domestic assault, two counts of violation of probation and second degree aggravated domestic assault.
He was also charged on an Orleans County warrant with second degree aggravated domestic assault.
Clark was charged on Caledonia County warrants with domestic assault and failure to appear.
Kidder was transported to the Northeast Correctional Complex and lodged without bail.
Clark was transported to the Northeast Correctional Complex and lodged for lack of $1,500 bail.
