UTICA, NY — A man wanted on murder and attempted murder charges out of Nevada was arrested without incident June 11.
Kali Bernard Hines was taken into custody at 1623 Genesee St. at approximately 7 p.m.
The arrest was made by members of the U.S. Marshals NY/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force, along with the Utica Police Department Uniform Division, FBI and the New York State Police Aviation Unit.
Hines was wanted on a warrant issued out of North Las Vegas Township Court in Clark County, Nevada.
The charges stem from an incident that occurred Feb. 18 in North Las Vegas in which a man was shot and killed.
