AVON, NY — A Rochester man faces a felony charge after a traffic stop on Interstate Drive.
Jonathan Narvaez-Martinez, 29, of Rochester, was stopped at approximately 8:01 p.m. June 10 by Investigator Shawn Whitford of the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office Highway Patrol Unit for a vehicle and traffic law violation.
During the stop, Whitford discovered Narvaez-Martinez was operating the vehicle with a revoked New York State driver’s license.
Narvaez-Martinez’s license had been revoked 54 times, according to Sheriff Thomas J. Dougherty.
Narvaez-Martinez was charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree and violations of the state vehicle and traffic law.
He was processed at the Livingston County Jail and issued an appearance ticket to return to Avon Town Court at a later date.
