TALMAGE, PA — West Earl Police Department officers arrested a man on an outstanding parole warrant May 31, 2026.
Officers received notifications at 4 p.m. of an outstanding parole warrant from Blair County for Cody Alan Kurtz, 35, of Talmage.
Officers located Kurtz at the 200 block of South State Street.
Kurtz was taken into custody without incident.
He was detained at the Lancaster County Prison pending extradition to Blair County.
