WEST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, PA — A 57-year-old Pennsylvania man was arraigned on drunken driving and child endangerment charges following a traffic stop.
Samuel Bukwimba Malonja was arraigned Saturday on one count of DUI and two counts of endangering the welfare of children.
The charges stem from a traffic stop investigation that occurred Friday on Hokes Mill Road in West Manchester Township.
