HUNTINGDON VALLEY, PA — Police arrested a man on drug charges after observing a suspicious vehicle in a store parking lot May 4.
Officers identified the driver as Armand Xhelo, 44, of Pennsylvania, during their investigation in the 2500 block of Huntingdon Pike.
Police said they discovered Xhelo in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
Xhelo was charged with intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was taken into custody at the scene.
