UPPER ALLEN TOWNSHIP, PA — An Upper Allen Police officer patrolling the area of U.S. Route 15 South located a vehicle reported stolen from Carlisle on June 8 at around 10:36 p.m.
A traffic stop was conducted, and it was determined that Julian Miller was operating the stolen vehicle.
Miller, 18, of Carlisle, was arrested and transported to Cumberland County Central Booking for processing and arraignment.
He was charged with receiving stolen property and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked.
Upper Allen Police were assisted on scene by Lower Allen Township Police and Mechanicsburg Borough Police.
