ENOLA, PA — East Pennsboro Police have charged a man with theft by deception and deceptive or fraudulent business practices following a complaint in Summerdale.
Police were called to the 600 block of Valley Road at 8 a.m. on June 14.
The victim reported more than $3,000 in cash and merchandise stolen.
An investigation led to the identification of Matthew Caleb Williamson, 35, of Bellefonte, as the suspect.
Charges were filed and a preliminary hearing was scheduled at Magisterial District Judge Sanderson’s office.
