PROVIDENCE, RI — Two women were arrested following a motor vehicle accident on Route 95 South.
Makayla Brady, 28, of Warwick, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. and charged with violation of no contact order, first offense, two counts; obstruction of officer in execution of duty; leaving the scene of an accident, damage resulting; operation of motor vehicle with suspended license, special circumstances; and operation under foreign license during suspension for revocation.
Danika Wayss, 28, of Warwick, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. and charged with obstruction of officer in execution of duty, disorderly conduct and resisting legal or illegal arrest.
Troopers responded to the accident and later located both women nearby.
Both were transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where they were processed and held overnight.
They were scheduled for morning presentment as bail violators at Sixth Division District Court.
