GOSHEN, VT — Vermont State Police are investigating a crash that occurred on Gap Road on June 4, 2026.
Troopers responded to the scene east of Hathaway Road at approximately 1:11 p.m.
Investigation revealed a 2007 Subaru Impreza was traveling east when it crossed into the oncoming lane, left the roadway, and struck a tree.
The operator fled the scene before troopers arrived.
The vehicle was totaled in the crash.
Weather conditions were clear and the road was dry at the time of the incident.
